How we look after your details
Last updated 14 October 2026
Temin Care Services ("Temin", "we") runs this early access list. This notice explains what we collect when you join, why, and the choices you have. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and city.
- Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to share it.
- Whether you're arranging care or are a caregiver, and your answer to the follow-up question.
- The campaign link you arrived from, if any, and the country your connection comes from.
- A one-way, scrambled version of your IP address, used only to stop automated abuse. We do not store your IP address itself.
Why we collect it
We use your details to tell you when Temin opens in your area, to invite caregivers to verification, and to understand where demand is so we can plan our launch. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
We will never sell your details or share them with advertisers.
Where it is kept
Your details are stored on Amazon Web Services in an encrypted database. The servers may be located outside Nigeria. Access is limited to the Temin team members who need it.
How long we keep it
We keep early access details until 12 months after launch, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent at any time. Every email we send will include a way to leave the list. To make a request, email privacy@temincare.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can contact the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
